Shipping. 

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 21 DAYS FOR DELIVERY. This provides us sufficient time to pack your order and ensure all the correct documentation has been included.

We ship all orders via Courier in padded envelopes or cardboard boxes depending on the size of the order.

All orders are fully insured against loss and damage. A 13 digit tracking/reference number will be issued as soon as your order has been dispatched.

To avoid unnecessary communication, please note the following:

1. We do not ship by registered or international mail. If one of these services is requested a premium of 15.00 will be levied.

2. Orders take up to 21 days to be delivered.

3. We do not rush ship orders under any circumstances.

All our amulets are sold on a sale or return basis. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you may return to us for a full refund less the postage costs and a 20% restocking charge. (Replacements or exchanges are not subject to a re-stocking charge) Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

We are unable to offer refunds on amulet cases made from precious metals that we have been asked to purchase on your behalf. We can sell the case for you as scrap metal and will usually achieve about 50% of the original purchase price.

A Return Authorization Number should be applied for prior to returning any purchases.

All our amulets are guaranteed to be genuine. In the unlikely event that you consider this not to be the case, the amulet may be returned at any time.

The amulet will be re-assessed with a competent organisation. If the claim is found to be genuine a full refund will be made. This may take anywhere between 1-2 weeks to complete.

Please note that if the amulet is genuine a charge will be levied for the costs involved for a second appraisal, typically about 50.00 UK Pounds

Alternatively we welcome you to take the amulet for appraisal yourself to any one of the major authorities such as G-Pra, G-Amulet, DD-Pra or the Buddha Association Society. We will respect any decision.
