If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please
call or e-mail us for a Return Authorization (RA) number
within 7 days of receipt of the amulet/s.
•
Goods are considered delivered from the date that the
courier delvery acceptance slip is signed. Once a return
request is received a Return Authorization Number is
then issued. Pleae call us during office hours +66-32653592
or email us using the form below.

Returns cannot be accepted without a Return Authorization
Number.
•
The amulet/s must be received by us within 15 calendar
days of the issuance of the Return Authorization Number,
otherwise the shipment will be rejected.
•
A Return Authorization Number is issued solely as a
preliminary return management measure. PLEASE NOTE:
A Return Authorization Number does NOT guarantee that
a return will be accepted if the amulet/s is found to
be damaged or otherwise not in the original condition
supplied.
•
Please write RA number on outside of package. For your
protection we highly recommend you use a traceable and
insurable shipping method. We are not responsible for
lost or damaged packages..
•
To ensure that your return is adequately protected in
transit, we recommend you send your items to us in the
original packaging provided.
•
Customers are responsible for paying the cost of return
shipping.
•
Once your return is received and verified, we will credit
your original purchase credit card or paypal account
for the price of the item(s) less our restocking charge.
Refunds are usually made within 30 business days of
receipt,provided that our terms have been adhered to.
•
Due to the additional expenses involved with preparing
our products for shipment such as casing and certification
we charge a nominal 25% restocking charge.
•
We
are unable to make refunds for customised or special
order casing such as Gold or Silver.
•We
are unable to make refunds for amulets that have been
specially sourced from a third party for a client.
•
We
will refund all costs associated with your purchase
if any of our amulets are shown not to be authentic.
In such a case the refund is not subject to any time
limitation.
